Supreme Court has declared former Taraba deputy governor’s impeachment illegal and has ordered the immediate sack of Acting Governor


In a landmark judgment delivered on Friday, the court ordered that Abubakar Danladi, the impeached deputy governor to Danbaba Suntai should be sworn in immediately.

Mr. Danladi was impeached and replaced with Mr. Umar shortly before Governor Suntai had the air crash that has left him sick since 2012.
